With over a decade of hands-on experience in the telecom and ISP industry and more than 30 years in marketing, Brendan brings a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic vision to REVinternet.

Brendan has a successful track record of creating and leading startup marketing departments from the ground up.  Brendan holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing from DePaul University.

Experienced executive with demonstrated success developing, monitoring, and managing daily operational activities.

Jeff brings REVinternet over twenty-five years in leadership positions serving multiple industries, including:  telecom/ISP, Insurance, Education, and Manufacturing sectors.  Jeff is a retired Major of the U.S. Army

Director of Customer Exerpience

Experienced Customer Service Professional with a proven track record on every level of customer service from first time callers to escalation desk and retention.  Melissa brings 20+ years of customer service spanning numerous telecom client accounts covering everything from internet providers, mobile carriers and streaming services.

With a special focus on escalation desk and retention issues, she has a real sense of how to help people. Being not just a resident of a manufactured home community but also the community manager she has a unique sense and perspective on what REVinternet’s customer base will need. She will make it her goal to lead with C.A.R.E. Compassion, Ability, Reliability and Empathy.

Chief of Engineering

Daniel Booth is a tech leader bringing  REVinternet over 30 years of IT, systems engineering and telco experience.  His expertise includes designing networks, delivering scalable solutions that enhance connectivity, security, and operational efficiency.

Daniel led cross-functional teams on high-stakes projects for the U.S. DoD, NASA, NSA, Department of Energy and commercial clients.   Daniel was an intelligence specialist for the U.S. Air Force as well as a DoD contractor on projects in Iraq and other overseas locations holding a high-level government security clearance.

Daniel holds an MBA in Computer Resources and Information Management from Webster University, complementing his technical prowess with strategic business acumen.

Vice President of Information Technology

With over 20 years of experience leading complex network and security infrastructure initiatives across global enterprises, Troy is a proven expert in designing, securing, and optimizing mission-critical systems.

Troy played pivotal roles in tech transformations for organizations including Gallup, Sitel Corporation, Catholic Health Initiatives, and Aviva USA. His work spans enterprise networking, data center architecture, firewall engineering, cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure), and PCI compliance.  Troy served as Sr. Network Analyst and In-Country Manager for ITT Industries at Tallil Air Base in Iraq, ensuring secure and resilient communications for U.S. military operations in active zones.

Troy holds certifications including CCNA and A+, with CISSP in progress, earned an A.S. in Technical Computer Services with ongoing B.S. studies in Business Information Systems at Bellevue University.
